We are not a licensed insurance company, insurance agent, or insurance broker. We do not sell, underwrite, or bind insurance coverage. We do not provide insurance advice. Information provided on this Site is for general educational purposes only.

By submitting a form on this Site, you consent to this sharing. Brokers who receive your information are independently responsible for their own privacy and data handling practices.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with vendors who help us operate this Site and our business, including form and CRM providers (HubSpot), web hosting and infrastructure providers (Cloudflare), and analytics providers. These vendors are contractually required to use your information only as directed by us and to maintain appropriate security standards.

4.3 Other Disclosures

We may also disclose your information to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or government request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of GYOLeads LLC, our users, or the public; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business; or with your consent for any other purpose.

Utah Residents (UCPA)

Under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), Utah residents have certain rights regarding their personal data, including:

• Right to deletion — You may request that we delete personal data you have provided to us.

All Users — General Rights

Regardless of where you live, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We will respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

8Cookies & Tracking Technologies

This Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, analyze traffic and usage patterns, and enable certain Site functionality. Vendors such as HubSpot and Cloudflare may set cookies in connection with form submission and site security.

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of this Site. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but you may opt out of analytics tracking by adjusting your browser settings.

We do not use cookies to serve behavioral advertising to users of this Site.

9Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead data is generally retained for up to 24 months unless you request deletion earlier.

Health-related information is retained only as long as necessary to complete the broker referral process, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at privacy@gyoleads.com.

10Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS enforced via Cloudflare), access controls limiting who can view submitted form data, and contractual security requirements for our vendors including HubSpot.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

11Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us immediately at privacy@gyoleads.com.

12Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites, including HealthCare.gov, Medicare.gov, and state agency sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
